Update by user Jul 07, 2020 Idk why TF it's saying it's "resolved" .... Resolved by whom exactly? What was resolved? I yet again didn't hear a peep from a single person, so how does that make sense? I tell you if I could give IMDBPRO negative stars, I would definitely be doing that! Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2020 I have sent in 2 emails in regard to my account in the past 3 days now, and I haven't even received a bounce back email! I need to speak to someone immediately, because this is absolutely horrible customer service! User's recommendation: Cancel your IMDBPRO Account! In fact, do NOT even bother signing up for the alleged free trial, because the customer service is absolutely horrible, and there's something wrong with the app and the website itself entirely!
