My complained is I have a Saks5th first premier card since 1985. All of a sudden I cant use my card because I supposedly have a new account number. How can this happen ? I have never been notified of this. I dont even have a new credit card with my new acct number. This is terrible. How do I get my new number or credit card or whatever it is that you changed.
