Questions concernng my backordered items

I have called numerous times concerning the shipment and availability (due to backorder status) of 3 items on my Order # 9096****. The items are: Rechargeable LED Flash Lights - Item 862-67-**** - Straight Shooter Tee Shirt -Item # 862-78-5**** - and Touch Screen Purse - Qty 4 - Item # -862-75-5****. I have talked to several individuals concerning these items. One person will tell me the Touch Screen Purse is no longer available (which is fine because I ordered from another vendor.) then someone will tell me that these items have been shipped but did not offer me a tracking number. I would appreciate it if someone would give me the correct information on these items. If shipping dates are 12/24, then I no longer want them. Too late for Christmas. Thanks - this is the first bad experience that I have had with Collections. - Della M. Bowman User's recommendation: Buy in time, which I did, for Christmas Orders so you won't be hanging toward Christmas Day.
