Questions about water softener

Lifetime warranty on the water softener and I need a motherboard to be replaced the company Sunstate wants to charge me 129 for service which is OK they also want to charge me $95 or $99 for the shipping on that part I dont see anywhere in my contract where are responsible for paying for shipping of a part
