Hello, Just bought a Werks-traveler 6.0 and have a couple of issues: --I can find no instructions--either on the tags that came with the suitcase or on your website--for setting the combination lock that controls the zippers, only how to recover it. --The slide that I assume contains the identification card is stuck and won't open all the way. I could attach an address tag to the suitcase handle, but I believe that all features should work on a new purchase. Thank your for your attention to this matter.
