Good morning, I am a member at a OTF in Georgia and participated in the transformation challenge this year. My studio indicated that the female and male winner of the challenge would be awarded a $500 prize. I was notified that I had won and was congratulated shortly after the challenge ended but have yet to receive the $500. I inquired about this at my studio last night after a limited workout and I was told he would have to get back with me next week. This was not an acceptable answer. I participated in the challenge with the understanding that if I won I would receive $500. The contest ended in March. In my mind I have been more that patient. Can you please offer some insight on OTF policy and procedures regarding this and when I can expect to receive the award I was promised upon entering the challenge?
