Question on why tracking has stopped

Hello, I am wondering why my package has not been updated since the 19th of September. The last update states “Shipment on route UKRAINE, LYIV MMPO 19 September 2:17 am.” However, it appears it hasn’t even been clear of customs when the 2nd to last update states it has indeed been cleared. Please, this shipment is very important. The parcel number is CP06118****UA
