I sent a check to my dad's account, he went to bank but did not get funds, went to m&t and the nasty attitude by the bank manager and teller from waldorf branch betty tyman - branch manager experienced today. Frankly they could care less about my complaints and yes they are protecting the accounts but I am the person depositing the check and wanting to know if it cleared.! I made a suggestion then I should close my account, her response was yes I think so!!! Do ever bank with m&t bank its the worst bank!
