Question about an order

The wrong size hose was shipped. I had to make them work with a lot of duct tape. UPS came to pick up the wrong one . I can't return the incorrect hoses until I get replacements.I use my AC every day due to health issues.. what I would like is a refund and I'll keep the hoses that I received.
