Quality has declined!!! Customer service horrible!!
I have spend thousands of dollars with White House Black Market this year alone. Purchased a Business jacket in May 2018 and the hem on the bottom of the jacket completely gone. I am not sure there ever was one. Been very busy traveling with a new job and finally had a chance to take back to my local store. Very disappointed they would not do anything about the jacket because out of 60 day policy. It was very obvious this was a quality issue with this $150.00 overpriced jacket in the first place. They just lost a very good long term customer and really didn't seem to care. I certainly would not pay regular price for anything in the store. I use to pay more because the quality was better, lasted longer. That is no longer the case.
