Bought 3 Q-Grips for me and my sons. They do not work. Kind of funny all 3 of us got nothing out if our ears. Came with no instructions. And tried to post a negative review on their site and it kept saying site is busy... There is not one negative review of any kind on their site. They are ripping people off $40 a pop. And people like me are not going to waste our time to return them. And I still need the wax cleaned out of my ears. That's $40 I could have put to a doctor's visit. Lesson learned... User's recommendation: Please don't waste your money like I did.
