Putting up my picture and name and fake info

My picture and name were put up without permission. And fraudulent info is there as well. I did a google search and my name popped up so I clicked it and then saw that and my personal picture was there along with fake information. This is legal. Take me down immediately please. I have no affiliation with this. I never was asked if this was okay nor would I ever agree to it.
