I hired Rin Robyn Pools to redo the tile in my pool. I bought expensive tile and they hired outside help - only one guy they hired to do the job spoke English. When I returned home, they had started ripping off the cement lining of the pool because they thought they had to replace that too. When I told them no - only the tile - there was already large chuncks of the cement lining ripped out. The manager came out to the house and put some substance that he said would fade to the correct color - not only did it not fade - it dissolved! The tile put in was not straight - I called the workers who did the job and they said they were fired and not paid - RIN ROBYN still took my $ 4000 and refused to answer any calls!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
