Called their customer support on a defective component in a recently purchased heat Pump. The guy on the other end of the phone started by stating I have no warranty. I told me to get a HVAC service company to call him and confirm that it was indeed a contractor that needed replacing. Long story short I’m a master electrician and told him this. He wasn’t interested and said check the bottom of the purchase agreement. What a slick piece of *** He had no interest in helping out with the problem and BTW it was a 94 degree day
