On 10/24 I purchased two tickets to The Carol King Musical. I received my confirmation via email, confirmation number, notification my card was processed, received order summary, given the rows and section and stating my ticketswill arrive through e-ticket instant download and given tracker numbers pin numbers ect. Then i get a text saying to call Sandy at [protected] saying if i dont call him my tickets will be cancelled. I called him he told me they sold my tickets to someone else. They resold the tickets i paid for. I want the tickets replaced for tomorrow nights show which is the last night it is playing. i want an apology letter and i am hopeful legal authorities can do something to prevent them from engaging in further illegal practices.
