Purchasing issues. Pricing/no tax not honored.

Just want to put on record about my first and last purchasing experience with Grizzly Industrial. I was told that I could make a purchase of a bandsaw and have my son pick the order up for me. I specifically talked with 4 different people from Grizzly over the phone about my intentions and approval was given. I am from Oregon and would be the one making the purchase and my son is from Washington and he would be only picking up. I was told this would be no problem and I would need only to email a picture of my Oregon drivers license to my son so he could then show it at the Bellingham, WA facility so I would not be taxed. Also they would then call me to get the 3 digit code from the back of my Visa card. After my son arrived they told him that since he was from Washington that tax would have to be paid even though I was the individual paying for my equipment. They admitted that what I was told by 4 other Grizzly employees was incorrect. All this after my son traveled 3.5 hours one way to pick up unit. Tax had to be paid out of his pocket and no one called me about the 3 digit code off the back of my card. So basically a $650 charge to my card was made from a complete stranger who claimed to have my permission to use my card and no verification was asked from me and they did not even once ask to see his identification. Not sure what is going on at Grizzly but I honestly will never make another purchase which is hard for me since I truly like their products. After everything was purchased I called to discuss these issues and my unhappiness with the situation and I was given what Grizzly called a compensation gift certificate for the amount I was charged tax. So now I have to use this certificate with Grizzly instead if using that money for what I want and where I want to spend it. Not to mention that there will be shipping taken out of that gift certificate, so I don't even get to use the full amount for product(s). No care was given for Grizzly going back on their word. So for less than $60 in tax you allow a customer to leave with a very sour taste when they could of even simply just given an extra 8.7% discount on just the equipment to offset the tax since their word was not being honored. All I asked was for things to be made right and Grizzly flat out would not budge with my money that I chose to spend with their company. I even had 2 phone calls today to discuss the matter and was told that they would do no more and they would no longer discuss the matter. Customer reviews go a long way as I am sure Grizzly is aware of, not only on their site but in my case woodworking forums and word of mouth.
