I purchased rk37sc with bucket and grapple attachments. Soon after starting to operate the tractor the opening and closing of the grapple failed. I took the tractor back to the store in Dothan AL for 50 hr service so I explained to Jeff the issue with the grapple. He checked it out and stated the wiring harness was bad. He told me that he would order a replacement and should receive it the next week. It has been a month and haven't heard a word. I have tried to text and call Jeff and receive no response. So now I have a $30,000 tractor that I can't use. Also the joystick hits the rail on inside of the cab door. Jeff said the valve housing needed to be replaced. User's recommendation: Have someone dedicated to tractor issues.
