I purchased a Vince Camuto purse today from Dillards and it is not refundable. The stitching came undone on the back left side near the zipper. If it cannot be replaced, I am looking to at least obtain a yard of the red thread so that I can sew it and be able to use it. Without the repair, the weight of the purse will pull on the zipper and eventually damage the zipper. This was a big disappointment since I bought it today, on a New Year’s sale, and Dillard’s will not accept any returns for items purchased today since it is their big year-end sale, I am hoping the manufacturer will make this right. I have many Vince Camuto shoes and purses and have never had an issue until now. I am attaching pictures of each side, one undamaged and the other where the thread came out, also a picture of the tag that is still attached as I just purchased today. I am happy to send any other pictures you need. Please help.
