Purchased tickets forgot entering discount code

When I purchased 10 tickets though head out forgot entering discount codes. Since this is my first time doing it and it’s a lots of money. I called and spoke with one of head out representatives. He responded there is nothing he can do. Really? I’m not happy about that.
