On the 6th of January I googled an Apple iPhone 5C 16GB (Pink) SIM Free / Never Locked with Full Apple Warranty and found on Simplyelectronics website a good offer for 376.95 pounds. I purchased it and according to the website I was suppose to receive it with in 4 to 10 days. I noticed the money deducted from my account and still my status was verifying the money received. 6days later I e-mailed them and attached the document I received from their website on purchase but then they said between 7 and 14 days. Today we completed the 14 days and no sign of my phone yet and my status on their website reads packed. I e-mailed them again to cancel my order and refund my money today. I need your help to guarantee that will be achieved with out delay please.
