Hello, I am a business owner and purchasing multiple products from Toyota for my automotive business. Transaction# [protected] didn't meet my requested specs when received which has impacted critical vehicle delivery to my company. I fly to Dubai for a limited period of time and this error has costed me valuable time. My flight is booked to return on Sunday at 3PM and my morning available time is very limited hence I am requesting this error to be rectified at the soonest to not cause further delays or interrupt my pre scheduled commitments. Parts were purchased from Toyota on 1st Sep. Hilal Toufik Fayed
