Purchased new front door lock set, door was sticking upon opening, I called customer support , they asked a few simple questions about the locks operation and diagnosed the problem.

After diagnosing the problem they sent a new part which was simple to remove and install. The problem solved and door no longer sticks. Great no hassle customer service.
