I placed an order on 5/17 for a dress, was charged instantly, and have never received. I have reached out to the company 3 times via email to get a status update (no phone number provided) and have had zero response. I tried to track through the tracking link and it was invalid 2 emails attached, one was through the website, and I stated I would file a complaint if no response was given. I want to request a refund
