Purchased from walmart.com have to find out on my own how to return to you some where else with no responds from them

you can make people very angry. I call you about 4:30 a.m. this morning it is now 4:00 p.m. still no respond you cannot be that busy if so stop with the message that you will get back to your customer shortly. you sent me the wrong size merchandise,therefore you need to pay for that shipping and handling. I've been getting the run around from you for 2 days now. WHY? Companies should provide good customer service your company sucks I hope I never have to deal with you guys again. What is a person to do to get thing resolved with this company? I should not have to contact the better business beau to try and get this solved you should be helpful enough.
