purchased from 2 different e-stores claimed unable to locate items paid for

I bid and won 2 similar auctions from 2 different ShopGoodwill e-stores, March 28th & April 4th. Both items were paid for, but items were never shipped. I made an inquiry into the item that was purchased on 03/28. I received an immediate email stating there was a delay due to the Easter break. After a week the item I inquired about has not been shipped. I send another email RE: 03/28 and this time I receive a response 3 days later. The email states if my item cannot be located that I would receive a refund. Well I received a refund for the 04/04 auction, which I never inquired about, which was cheaper than the auction they claimed they could not locate. EMPLOYEES EITHER SENT MY PURCHASED TO ANOTHER DAM LUCKY BUYER OR THEY DID NOT GET WHAT THEY WANTED FOR THE ITEM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND
