Purchased desk , delivered setup . Legs out on backwards , not screwed in and piece missing to stabilize desk

I was delivered a desk and as soon as they were finished loading box in truck I notice the desk is shaking side to side , we run out to get deliver guys they were gone. The legs were on backwards not screwed in and piece to stabilize legs was missing . I call rooms to go and said call you have delivery driver come back, no but we can deliver back piece in two weeks abd you can put it together or we will send a replacement. Uggh no User's recommendation: Make sure item is correct before leaving . Give customer a contact for driver or a dispatch line to contact driver. You also need to not only refund my delivery fee but give me a discount for storing your broken furniture and not getting item as agreed when agreed. You wouldn’t be happy not would president of your company and neither am I . So discount the item. Please don’t ask me to contact your customer service I’ve already done that ..,
