Purchased a Ticket and I never got it Customer Service hung up on me

AXS is by far the worst ticket App and service ever. I purchased a ticket, got an email saying its in my account and its not in my account. Form for help requires 13 mandatory fields to complete. NO phone number in site. Found their customer service number online and they hang up after 30 seconds every time! They are the worst of the worst.Never us Never User's recommendation: Never use AXS for tickets, if you do always make a complaint when it does not work.
