Called about both,sent me second set the tops were both bent. Talked to them about that problem. Said they would replace tops but not until August 2021. I said I would prefer a refund of both, not interested in waiting until August. Obviously there is a big problem with quality of 9' narrow trees. Still trying to receive refund..will never order from Balsam Hill again. Purchases were not an inexpensive purchase, and should have been refunded no questions asked. Beware!! User's recommendation: Don't waste your money, I should have checked reviews before ordering. Next reply from them will probably use covid as a reason!!!
