Purchase cancelled no inventory

I made 4 purchases and they were cancelled because there was no inventory but there is 100 card in stock. Can't get someone on the phone. Have to send an email or leave a message. Christmas presents. First $200 went through. Not very happy now. Questioning if the cards I have will work. Sure was recommended by someone who uses it all the time. Disappointed.
