My pump went out at the beginning of May and my man came out and told me that it's under warranty, so I said that's great! I have spent $170 on supplies to get my open for the holiday. Now I have waited for 3 weeks for a replacement and now my pool is green with frogs!!! I was going to buy a pool cleaner but I don't think so!!! My pool man should be able to go to the pool supply house and get a new one with no questions asked if its under warranty. User's recommendation: Stay away they lack customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
