My son needs to use a bathroom and there is no public bathroom in Terminal 4. Also the two guardians I asked for a bathroom they said that we couldn't get in because we didn't have a ticket. I understand that but then I asked for someone to talk so I wanted to make a complaint. And his answer was that I should call the police.. and laugh. Is that the type of employees this airport has? And they were not giving another option. Just to call the police. I was really and still in shock. My son is a patient with cancer and he has special needs. Anyway, now I understand why the parking lot smells so bad. Everyone who needs a bathroom is doing everything in the parking lot. So disgusting.
