pubg – “cloud activation”

Today (2018 May 7th) I payed for a copy of PLAYEUNKNOWN's BATTLEGROUNDS, but I didn't receive anything, since the so called "activation" link didn't work at all. I've tride everything, 3 different browsers, I even deactevated my mobile authenticator, so I can use E-mail, but nothing happened. I've written an e-mail as well, but I still have no answer. -Markó Beáta
