PUA Payments

I was receiving PUA payments until late November 2020 when they were exhausted. The GDOL website asked that people still certify each week in the event that extensions were issued. The extensions were in fact issued and I continued to certify each week...always getting a message saying that my certification was accepted. I have yet to see any PUA extension payments. I have called and sent several emails to no avail. Can you help? Best regards...
