Hi. I ordered some 10 day ketones as a one off. I ordered 3 packs. Cost £204.97. That was on the 9th June 2021. On the 9th July another £204.97 was taken from my bank account with out my knowledge. I sent an email to Pruvit asking about it. Request number 1329963. A few days later the product arrived in the post - 1 box of 10 which I returned and got proof of posting. I emailed again and asked for refund. 1 box does not cost £204.97 plus I returned box so should have got a full refund. I didn't receive this refund and yesterday 9th August 2021 another £204.97 was taken from my bank account. Product not here as yet but will be returned straight away if it does arrive. I am now £405.94 out of pocket and I cannot afford this. Please can you refund me fully and stop these payments coming out of my bank account.
