Yo, folks: Stay away from Pru-Fox offices; they are real pits of vipers. I dealt with two "Sales Professionals" from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office-- Mark Arbeit and Lou Solomon-- and was burned badly. These two teamed up with Solomon's mortgage broker, *** pal to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. The three of them had a good laugh about it after closing: high-fives and "Nancy Boy" drinks all around; plenty of loud chatter about the fact that they're so smart and slick they can easily unload even a toxic waste dump. OK. You want some real good laughs? Consider the following. Arbeit's smart and slick? Perhaps. But apparently not so much as he thinks. He actually thought he could blow into town, wantonly bamboozle a few locals, and keep under wraps forever stories about him and little schoolboys reported in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Cheese and crackers! Doesn't Pru-Fox do anything to vet its ranks of realtors? Do you really want to give guys like this Arbeit the run of your place? What could Pru-Fox possibly have been thinking when it made Arbeit its "Poster Boy" for Pru-Fox at the Jersey Shore? Obviously, Pru-Fox thinks of nothing but the business this Arbeit manages to bring in. Solomon? This loser failed at every endeavor he ever tried before signing on as a Pru-Fox realtor. He's your typical Pru-Fox "Real Estate Professional": Sports a gnarly, year-'round tan; lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines; puts in MLS descriptions for his listings information he later laughingly admits is false; and represents convicted criminals. The dude has the looks and morals of a real reptile. Just take a look at him, and ask yourself, "What type of outfit employs serpents like this guy?" Solomon's *** buddy? He's smart and slick, all right; he struts around town boasting that he's an Atlantic City "High Roller" and irresistible to women. High Roller? Don't think so. He's actually banned from entering AC's casinos. Irresistible to women? Well, you tell me. This clown was busted in a "Catch a Predator"-type sting run by some sheriff out of Florida. He thought he was seducing a 14-year old child on-line who turned out actually to be a 54-year old deputy. Yeah. He's smart and slick, all right. Just ask Arbeit and Solomon. They'll happily vouch for this guy. Listen, people-- do you really want to tangle up your real estate dealings with scoundrels like these three? If not, then steer clear of Pru-Fox offices. They're real pits of vipers!
