Dear Sir, We have sent our Maruti Vehicle (Alto) to Rana Motors a dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd. to get the proper repair done. But this dealer could not provide us satisfactory repair work despite billed a huge amount of Rs.3000/- and more. When we have made complaint that your service work is not satisfactory and vehicle again reporting same problem withen a month of repair work and requested the dealer to do the same repair work free of cost since we have already paid a huge amount. This dealer did not listen to our request and behave rudely when our representative visit the workshop. You are requested to kindly interven in the matter and instruct the concern dealer to do the necessary repair work free of cost. otherwise we will lodge the complaint with Consumer Forum to seek necessary compansations.
