Please never buy anything or get service from Hattiesburg Cycle located at 6412 U.S. Hwy 49, Hattiesburg, MS 39402. I took a bike in for diagnostics and repairs. The bike stayed there for over 3 months without repairs. I called them and told them I would be by later to pick up so I could take elsewhere. When I arrived, the bike was in a million pieces. I ask to talk to the owner. He showed up and hammered me and stated that he would not release the bike unless cash was paid. I ask that the bike be put back together and they refused! Please do but from these folks and never use their service department.
