provided adapter was bad-quality, but the seller refused to help me

I have purchased tablet from Irulu Technology. I got the tablet, but the seller forgot to put the adapter. The seller replied to my request and after 14 days I got the adapter. But it wasn’t good and broke after one week. I thought that it wasn’t genuine and therefore it broke so fast. I emailed the seller, who wasn’t polite with me and said that he didn’t want to solve my problems any more.
