February 2, the 13th Annual Waypoint Management chess tournament was sponsored by Roger and Troy Pugh in Ephrata, WA. Edward Jones and the Rotary Club in Logan, Utah also promote an annual tournament like this. Please view: TED X with Cody Pomeranz and TED X with Eugene Brown and chess. The recidivism rate for chess playing inmates is 31% vs 68%. This was the 13th year for Roger and Troy.
