Property Manager Rosie GaLarza needs to be fired from Team Management, because she is rude unprofessional, smart-mouthed, disrespectful, sick and twisted!!! She got a bad attitude against tenants!!! She is money hungry to rent to anybody without screening them.In 2017 she put Kilbourn Commons in danger by renting to these bad tenants Jasmine Curry, Sharon Williams, Marquita White, Reshounda Smith, Jesus Diaz(Amigo), Princinetta Thurman and Marcus Gutsch. They cause and start problems inside Kilbourn Commons with good tenants!!! In December 2017 Rosie let Princinetta Thurman and Marcus Gutsch move in Apt 201 right below me, They played their music way too loud with their surround sound stereo system got my apartment shaking like a California earthquake!!! I called and reported to Rosie GaLarza numerous times about them playing their music too loud, She refused and chose not to evict them and She would not let me move into a new apartment!!! That caused me to move out of my old apartment on July 3, 2018. After I moved out on July 3, 2018.What happened after July 3, 2018 black female tenants in Kilbourn Commons were jumping on Rosie GaLarza threatening to beat her down!!! Black tenants complained to her boss Darnell Williams about her wrongdoing.In August 2018, Darnell Williams pulled Rosie GaLarza out of Kilbourn Commons and put her at Holton Street Lofts because he been getting complaints about her from the tenants!!! Darnell Williams hired Phillip Bowers as the new property manager to take care of things at Kilbourn Commons.Phillip Bowers and Team Management got rid Princinetta Thurman in Apt 201 and Jasmine Curry in Apt 210 and the rest of the troublemakers in August and September 2018!!! Phillip Bowers is doing a good job at Kilbourn Commons better than Rosie GaLarza!!!
