Chi outlet will not answer the phone not eill they respond to their emails. I ordered a flat iron. They defucted the money from my bank account right away. They did not send the flatirin in the amount of time that they had agreed so I asked them to cancel the order and to reefund the money. To this day, they have not refunded my money. Plead do not ship w them. They do poor business.
