Proper approach to customer

Around 4pm i went to Lbc carigara claiming my parcel. Ill set down for a while until my number was called. But whenthe employe ask my trcking number ill give her. Den she asked my i.d. I give her my bfp pensioner i.d. But since my bf orderd online. He forgot to put n my real name po sa parcel ko but i explain to da staff. Nag mhanap nya na po parcel ko. She told me f its ok to open my parcel n front oh her oh inside da office. I say sorry but its to confedential. Im asking po n ur ofc for ur legal actions regarding ds matter f ok la po ba ganun approach ng empleyado nu sa client dhl before nman po dumating dto po yan maraming x ray kung my ka hina2la laman sa loob. I hope ma bigyan nu po ng proteksyon isang client sa ganyan asta ng staff nu po dto sa carigara leyte. Employe name was EDUARDA SESO
