I signed up for their credit card, which offered a promotional $40 off when you spend an amount (I believe it was $250.) I tried to place an order, but the "give me my $40 off" radio button was greyed out. So I canceled my order and tried again. The button was no longer there the 2nd time. I contacted customer service about this, and their response was that the 2nd attempt was "no longer my first order" which is ludicrous because I wasn't able to place the first order. They said they'd look into it, but I never heard back, nor did I get my $40.
