My husband received a promotional card from Ruth's Chris after purchasing several gift cards for customers last year. He was excited to use it as it is one of his favorite places to go for dinner. When we went our for a special occasion recently, we were informed it has expired! Didn't think that was possible. He was very annoyed and said he wouldn't be back. Seems a little crazy that after spending over $400 for dinner, they wouldn't be more accommodating . I think it would be worth the effort to send him a new one as opposed to loosing a good customer.
