promo pack/experience pack order error

I placed an order on saturday for a promo pack in error. It was supposed to be for an experience pack and I tried to cancel the order right after completing it when I realized my error. I was trying to get the experience pack so I could double the bonus before I hit my go pro button. I didn't have much time left before I had to hit it. I received a message back saying my I had to email during business hours so first thing this morning at 9am ct in canada, I sent my email requesting the order be canceled and I got an almost immediate response saying it was too late and that the order had already shipped. I don't know how that could have happened that fast since they just opened minutes before... I then asked if she could go into my account and change the description of the product from promo pack to experience pack and she said no. This is a very unforgiving company. How can we not fix something so simple as this? There has to be a little room for error. I am sure I am not the first person to make a mistake...
