Horrible service. The representative (Francis) appeared to be a nice stand up guy. After being deceived by another representative, Francis wanted to “make it right”. He offer me the first two months free, no initial startup fee, and $100 gift card. Immediately after installation, I was billed two months. I contacted Francis on numerous occasions. He promised to have the money refunded to me, even if he gave me the money out of his pocket. Now that I’m locked into a three year contract, I haven’t heard from Francis. I reached out to cooperate, no response. I inquired about canceling the service, the customer service agent informed me that it’ll be over $1,000. Stay away from ADT. You’ll be better off with gun and a German Shepherd.
