Promised lower rate, recanted; lied about Lien-in-Lieu.

First, we were promised one year of Hardship Department reduced rate, but after six months the rate went back to regular rate. The second time we applied for hardship Beneficial offered us a permanent lower rate if we made all of our payments on the Hardship reduced rate for six months we would get that rate permanently. After the six months were up, we went back to regular rate. I was told that was their policy. Then I refused to pay until they honored their promise, and they offered to take back the house in Lien in Lieu, which we accepted. WE now have 10 days left to move and no one can put the promise in writing and no one knows what we are talking about when we call. It is obviously just another lie. WE will not move now and make them foreclose. I got my deposit back from the rental and now I can apply to HUD when the forclosure starts.
