Promised a refund on a freezer, never received

Upright freezer, still under warranty, stopped working. Repair person could not fix as the damage was in an enclosed area within the freezer. I was instructed to cut the electrical cord and take pictures of the cord and the serial number tag and send to them. They received the requested pictures and promised me a full refund. That was over two months ago, and they will not take calls or answer my emails. User's recommendation: Don't purchase from Danby, they do not stand behind their products.
