PRogram doesn’t run and will not answer my emails

My Malwarebytes will not open to run. I filled out a form for help and they said to run a test and they would contact me. Ran test and no response at all from the company. Can not get hold of a human on any phone. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Malwarebytes until they supply customer service.
