I tried to drop off a table and chairs to the Spencer, MA location and they refused to take it because they could not "sell" the set. There wasn't a mark on any of the chairs and table. This has happened to me before where they decide if they will take used and good condition donations based upon whether or not the items are sellable. So, I tool it all back and now someone will go without because profit is king. User's recommendation: Find a REAL charity to donate to.
